Zero Proof is a refined, alcohol-free bar experience crafted with the same care and creativity as traditional cocktails. Featuring fresh juices, house-made syrups, botanicals, herbal infusions, and thoughtfully brewed teas, each drink is layered, intentional, and beautifully balanced—offering a sophisticated option for every guest.

Rorey is a veteran bartender and creative spirit based in Nashville, blending over a decade behind the bar with a life shaped by music and movement. A wandering musician at heart, Rorey spent 15 years on the road as a folk singer and bass player, gathering stories, friends, and inspiration from every corner along the way.
That same creativity pours into every drink. Drawn to herbalism and the art of cocktail craft, Rorey creates elevated, nature-inspired beverages that feel both intentional and effortless. With a style rooted in hospitality, rhythm, and a deep respect for ingredients, each experience is thoughtfully curated—where wild botanicals meet refined technique, and every detail has a story.
